- Support with negotiations once the property has been found and a legal and technical support after its acceptance by you (drafting your offer, collection of information and documentation necessary for the completion of the acquisition, introduction to and assistance with the notary responsible for drafting the sales agreement, introduction to our partner bank (offering expertise and guarantees) from whom you will obtain preferential terms).

- To enjoy the comfort of a personalized support up to the signature of the deed ie up to the handover of the keys to your property and evenbeyond the acquisition stage since we offer you the services of a personal shopper, putting you in contact with carefully selected professionals for renovation and decoration, and for persons resident outside France or in the provinces, reliable hotel services.
