THE MEANING OF OUR SERVICE

Our comprehensive and flexible service includes:

- Firstly, advice and assistance throughout your project, ie from listening and understanding your wishes right through to the signature of the deed in front of a notary. In particular it includes taking charge of all the technical-legal issues which encompass an acquisition.

- Secondly, in post acquisition accompaniment offering a full range of services such as furniture personal shopper, introductions to service providers – partners including interior designers, exclusive hotel services (...)

- The benefit of a network of professional partners (funding, legal assistance, renovation …) carefully selected to provide you with the best terms possible (exemption from fees, free advisory appointments...)

OUR FEES

Our fees are composed of:

- Degressive transaction fees * , which depend on the nature of your search and the options involved to meet your requirements and are established at the start in the form of a personalised estimate.
They are paid to us on the signature of the deed in front of the notary.

- Fixed costs, remuneration associated with ancillary services, complementary and autonomous to the search mandate (almost exclusive involvement, private advice, misc …). 100% of this amount will be deducted from our fees;

- the other services (Personal Shopper, making introductions to interior designers …) will be subject to a contract for independent services.

* As an indication only, they oscillate in a range between 2% and 5%.
